What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
- Oversee data migration and maintain data quality initiatives within Salesforce
- Provide training and support to end-users to effectively utilize Salesforce
- Coordinate and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap of features for implementation and manage release timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years total work experience on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 10 years of experience in technology development, including experience with globally sourced operating models
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting background is a plus
- Additional experience in Salesforce Integration design and development, including Events, SOAP/REST APIs, and Authentication
