What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain basic Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and data management
- Assist Salesforce users with issues and questions related to the platform
- Monitor and drive user adoption of Salesforce applications
- Conduct research and analysis of business change opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure reliable service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce or an IT-related role
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce or an IT-related role
- Experience problem-solving complex issues impacting multiple functional areas
- Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
- Experience in formal project management
- Knowledge of Credit Union rules, products, services, regulations, and procedures
