      Job Description

      As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Proactively generate traffic to the dealership through personal outreach, referrals, social media engagement, internet leads, and walk-in opportunities.
      • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while identifying their needs and recommending the best vehicle options.
      • Conduct engaging test drives to demonstrate key features, performance, and value.
      • Stay current on all vehicle models, trims, features, incentives, and pricing to confidently answer customer questions and guide decision-making.
      • Guide customers through the entire sales process—including selection, trade-in evaluations, and introductory discussions on financing options—ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
      • Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to finalize deals, present financing options, and deliver a smooth and professional closing process.
      • Negotiate and close deals transparently while maximizing gross profit and delivering a customer-first experience.
      • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
      • Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat customers and high-quality referrals.
      • Utilize consultative selling and upselling techniques to maximize every opportunity while prioritizing customer trust.

      Qualifications

      • 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
      • Proven success of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
      • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test, Motor Vehicle Report check, and have a valid driver's license.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Previous General Motors sales experience.
