The Role

The Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) is seeking a talented and experienced part-time Salon Stylist to join our team. We are a growing salon located in the heart of Goose Hollow within the MAC club facility. MAC salon is open to the general public. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a keen eye for style, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Salon Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair care services ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining the standards of the Multnomah Athletic Club.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services in accordance with client preferences and industry trends.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for hair care.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide innovative and modern services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized care.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with other spa and wellness team members to provide a seamless and integrated experience for club members.

What You’ll Bring
