- Operate a forklift or pallet jack to transport materials efficiently within the facility.
- Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
- Organize and sort materials for storage, following warehouse procedures, and accurately process salvage materials for shipment.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to obtain required certifications for Forklift and Compactor.
- Ability to safely operate baler, pallet jack, pallet stacker and compactor.
- Ability to accurately weigh material.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to effectively and safely use standard office and light industrial equipment.

Job Objective:
To provide safe and efficient operation of the baler to process and compact materials for shipment, ensuring proper handling and organization. This position reports to the Salvage Outlet Warehouse Manager who evaluates performance annually.
