      SAM(Strategic account Management), Project Manager

As part of the Takeda Oncology you will report to Head of Strategic Account Management-US Patient Value & Access and work with Key stakeholders.

      How you will contribute:

      • Work with internal matrix partners to deliver on company initiatives and priorities

      • Identifies key business leaders and builds and maintains long-term relationships with cross functional collaborators.

      • Develops strategy and plan for branding the SAM function

      • Identifies ways to streamline engagements, identify opportunities and maximize resources within PVA and maximize efficiencies

      • Builds credibility through an in-depth understanding of an accounts business, organization, external environment and industry

      • Identifies opportunities for strategic partnerships

      • Drives collaboration with matrix partners throughout the lifecycle of the engagements

      • Maintains full fluency of Takeda Oncology portfolio.

      • Support the interdependencies of the SAM functional group while coordinating cross functional communication with other verticals within PVA.

      Objectives-

      • To strengthen the capabilities and structure of the SAM group business own and manage the SAM specific share point site as the central repository of all materials, calendars, budget management and business plans for the function. Communicate with each SAM stakeholder regularly keeping them apprised of deadlines, action items and updates to share point content.

      • Project manage SOW and contacts process for SAM in collaboration with the SAM business owner of those contracts. This would include GPO, Pathway, State Society and Field SAM engagement sponsorship.

      • Assist in managing the SAM budget. Create mechanisms through which routine budget reconciliation can be assessed.

      • Lead cross-functional partnership within SAM function applicable to the business needs as hand. Provide support and assistance relative to company-wide and franchise-specific opportunities pertaining to SAM.

      • Leverage appropriate proactive methods to gather and demonstrate a thorough understanding of integrated customer accounts, customer business models, financial dynamics, marketplace developments and trends, competitive strategies, healthcare policy, and Takeda strategies and processes.

      • Manage PVA Meetings, Congresses and Conventions calendar, pre-cons and debriefing reports.

      • Assess key assigned regional and national oncology GPO clients. Identify new customers or organizations with the potential to impact Takeda business. Work with leadership to build positive relationships.

      Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

      • High level of organization and administrative skills.

      • Powerpoint, Excel, contract/procurement process proficiency desirable.

      • Strong customer orientation and account management expertise and are resourceful with strong networking skills.

      • Have the ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams while proactively identifying leading trends and channel dynamics to translate to impactful access programs for our brands.

      U.S. Base Salary Range:

      $108,500.00 - $170,500.00

      The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
