Job Description
- Req#: 176760
- Inputting sample information into computer database efficiently and accurately.
- Sample receipt, preparation of supplies and shipping related duties for all clients in support of the Sample Logistics Team.
- Ensure appropriate test code and parameters are entered for every job, either by using a quote, profile or master test code list.
- Unpack samples and organize them according to analytical requirements.
- Ensure client samples are entered into LIMS and approved in a timely manner according to sample holding time, test code, due date, and/or received date.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a laboratory environment is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, data entry)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Positive outlook with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority setting skills
- Represents the Bureau Veritas values and is professional at all times
