      In the Customer Campaign team you will play a key role in completing regular and proactive campaigns for Samsung. You will day to day be outbound calling customers across a number of campaigns. You will have a number of regular campaigns such as calling leads to qualify for them for our sales team, calling customers who have recently left negative feedback to try understand if there’s anything else we can do to help & welcome calls for customers who are new to the B2B eStore. You will from time to time be brought in to proactively contact customers as part of a campaign for Samsung, these will vary and will pull on your ability to adapt to situations.

      Job Description:

      What you’ll be doing:

      • To contact warm leads to understand the customers needs and qualify the lead
      • To contact negative scoring customer feedback survey’s to understand if we can support further
      • To complete welcome calls on newly registered Samsung Business shop users
      • To log insight from your campaign on our CRM Salesforce
      • To move quickly from different campaigns when required

      What we are looking for:

      • To be flexible & agile, so you’re ready for our different campaigns
      • To have an eye for detail, giving feedback on how we can tasks better, more efficient or to a higher standard
      • To be confident with change.
      • To have a keen interest in development.
      • Great time management and prioritization skills.
      • To have a great outbound call tone
      • To be able to build relationships in a short time frame in telephony setting
