The targeted hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.79-$23.39 per hour. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

What you will be doing:

• Performing sanitation tasks at a high level of quality, to maintain food grade level cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility
• Thru Sanitation, being a part of the process to produce high quality breads and rolls for customers in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska
• Follow company procedures while participating in a safety and culture focused environment
• Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity

SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

At The Clackamas Bread Plant, Safety is our #1 priority. We need an individual that can wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and is self-motivated. A qualified applicant should be time, goal, and detail oriented.

Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance are required. Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for entire work shift. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level required.

Able to follow plant GMP (good manufacturing policy), and all other plant policies, while being able to take directions and complete paperwork are a must.

Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.

Sanitation experience is preferred but not required. The plant provides complete training and clear expectations for hired applicants. Exposure to ambient temperatures (hot and cold environment).

This is a Union environment and requires flexibility for day or night shifts, weekends or holidays, and split shifts as scheduled, with notice.

Must be available for full-time work.
