      The SAP Analyst is responsible for identifying and correcting SAP master data errors including Bills of Material, Job Plans, drawings etc. This role will train other roles (as needed) in the correct set up of these items.

      Responsibilities:

      • BOM Cleanse including:

        • Remove equipment duplicates from structure

        • Check Functional Location for consistent format with other equipment

        • Check and verify that Tech ID field is correct

      • Assists in training personnel in SAP Master Data and SAP functionality

      • Works with MRO (Stores) for Critical Spare Part Definition and quantities

      • SAP Controls guardian and enforcement

      • Monitors SAP workflow queue for Capital Project versus Daily Master Data requests

      • Creates and leads SAP team improvement training

      • Directs employees in BOM item identification/verification activities.

      • Set up of Capital Projects in SAP for any area (business) as needed

      • Acts as site SAP SME

      • Consults with Reliability/Maintenance/Project group on Set-up, Change, deletion of master data.

      • Provides guidance on KPIs and Metrics related to SAP PM

      Qualifications:

      • HS Diploma or equivalent experience

      • 5-7 years of manufacturing or related experience required
