Job Description

Participate in small to large SAP implementations, including the initial go-live.
Contribute to maintenance activities related to system operation and availability.
Participate in system installation, upgrades and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Create and contribute to technical documentation and diagrams.
May contribute to the evaluation of new technologies.
Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business directly on gathering requirements, designing solutions and troubleshooting
Demonstrable technical ability to learn to execute system admin tasks for SAP and be able to recommend strategies for solutions for the future
Building and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about company and industry trends and strategy, and advises customers on approaches to optimize business success
Enterprise administration concepts
Change control procedures
Adherence to regulatory requirements
Writing technical documentation
Debugging, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis

- Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near and far range with or without correction, normal depth perceptions.
- Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.

General Function :
Learn knowledge of SAP and the administration needs to accommodate technical planning, installation, and maintenance. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Financial Responsibility:
Is responsible for company assets. Makes recommendations to supervisor for the disbursement of company funds.
Confidentiality:
Has access to confidential information including payroll, inventory costs, sales, accounts payable and receivable, pharmacy data, e-mail messages, and all data related to operations.
Contacts:
Frequent contact with office personnel in other departments related to the position as well as occasional contact with users and customers.
