  Skills Required:

  
  

  Should have hands on experience (mainly administration) in one or more of the products like SAP Cloud platform, Cloud Foundry & Neo service

  Mainly on cloud products - tenant provision / fixing issues/ support, administration / monitoring / service management /user management / connectivity etc.

  Maintenance of global accounts, management of directories and subaccounts, and configuration of entitlements, quotas, spaces etc. BTP Security, Strong knowledge in IAS and IPS

  
  

  
  

  Responsibilities:

  
  

  Define Architecture for Cloud communication infrastructures then insure delivery and operations at proper level.

  Support projects during they Design/Build phase while promoting proper standards and transversal services for cloud.

  Brings expertise on cloud-based architectures offered by SAP.

  Perform proper BTP or other components configuration to enable services as required.

  Single Sign-On (SSO): Configure and maintain SSO for applications and services.

  Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to track platform health & performance and maintain logs for troubleshooting.

  Implement security measures to protect the platform and data, including user access control and compliance with security standards.

  Ensure applications can scale to meet changing demand and performance requirements.

  Plan and execute data backups and disaster recovery strategies.

  Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules in the frame of governance.

  Excellent communication skills as required to engage with different stake holders on requirements and delivery.
