- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Concur data integration and core products, advising customers on best practice configuration and integration.
- Lead data integration projects end-to-end, from initial contact through implementation and transition to support, following SAP Concur's project methodology.
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Support customer testing and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, data transformation, and data posting.
- Provide consistent project updates to SAP Concur project managers and/or customers via reports and status calls.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Handle support cases from intake through resolution or appropriate escalation to R&D.
- Meet SLA and KPI targets for case resolution.
- Stay current on SAP Concur products, implementation standards, and methodologies.
- Follow all corporate policies, including those related to data security, compliance, and auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as services, support, consulting, or software implementation.
- Practical experience with API-based and/or file-based integrations.
- Familiarity with Web services and data formats such as JSON, CSV, XML, and XLS.
- Familiarity with at least one API Development platform such as Postman, Insomnia, Bruno, etc
- Working knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with financial applications and accounting processes is a plus.
- Background in software development/development experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong technical consulting, analysis & problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Project management skill is a plus
- Good computer skills/Microsoft Office knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the SAP Concur software product is a plus.
- Ability to persuade and influence.
- Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve, and make decisions.
- Hybrid work model (Office + Remote)
- 40 hours per week
- AMER shift working hours
- Flexibility to work during weekends (as needed or on a regular basis)
- Willingness to adjust working hours to meet customer needs.

Job Overview:
The SAP Concur Associate Integration Consultant is responsible for the configuration/development, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of SAP Concur products related to data integration.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer integration needs and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions. The consultant may also be responsible for configuring and supporting system integration components to ensure seamless and efficient data flow across platforms.
