  Job Description
  The SAP Finance Technology Team, part of Financial's Corporate Technology organization, seeks an exceptional SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Consultant to join a project team on a Finance System Transformation program migrating from ECC R/3 to S/4HANA.
  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and configuring Group Reporting solutions in S/4HANA. We are pursuing an individual with a strong background in transforming complex business requirements for Consolidation of Investments into viable configuration solutions for a large Financial Institution. They will partner with Financial and IT resources to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and provide consulting and training on the configuration and functionality within the Group Reporting module.
  Candidate must be well versed in Rule-Based Consolidation implementations, functionality, master data, and best practices. The candidate should be able to translate requirements or defects into configuration or customization solutions and provide hands-on configuration as needed to augment the Financial IT team throughout the build and test phases of the program.
  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Drive design and development of Group Reporting solutions using the Rule-Based reporting method, delivering results for consolidations, eliminations, and reporting
  • Collaborate with project Finance and IT team resources to deliver results within the program timeline
  • Assist with development and maintenance of technical documentation, training, and user guides
  • Mentor internal project resources and share knowledge within the team
  • Report on the status of deliverables to project management and demonstrate agility in timebound or other challenging delivery as project needs evolve
  Goals:
  • Develop highly performing applications in support of an S/4HANA Finance Implementation
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 5 years’ experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or support
  • Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Group Reporting solutions on S/4HANA
  • Experience in Group Reporting eliminations, customizations, and substitutions
  • Deep understanding of integrations between the General Ledger and Group Reporting modules
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA database structures in Group Reporting; ability to assist with CDS View design, development, or enhancements to support SAC and AO report delivery
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues within the Group Reporting module, GL integrations, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment as well as independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and pivot priorities to meet program deadlines and dependencies
  • Ability to quickly research and identify defect resolutions during UT, FUT, and UAT project phases BA or BS in Computer Science
