Job Description
- Req#: 341481
- SAP Callidus CPQ Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Callidus CPQ solutions, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support.
- Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize SAP Callidus CPQ modules, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, and quote generation, to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Callidus CPQ with CRM (e.g., SAP C/4HANA, Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) systems and other third-party applications.
- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements in the CPQ workflow to enhance sales productivity and accuracy.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Callidus CPQ functionalities and best practices to maximize adoption and usage.
- Data Management & Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to provide insights into sales performance, pricing effectiveness, and customer behavior. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP Callidus CPQ functionalities, performance, and integrations.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments, includin g sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to align CPQ solutions with business goals and strategies.
