  • Job Description

      Req#: 283754
      8+ years of in SAP CRM with strong applied knowledge for the design, development and implementation of SAP CRM sales and service processes
      Good understanding of the customer data models in CRM and ECC and related processes including Service Delivery/ Agreements/Pricing etc.
      Work experience in SAP CRM sales/service/Marketing implementation in CRM 7.0 Ehp4 is highly desirable.
      Experience in AET, EEWB, CRM BAPI/RFC, CRM BAdI/User exits is a must-have
      Knowledge of MVC architecture & SAP CRM data model is a must-have
      Working knowledge and experience in CRM workflow set-up is desirable.
      Knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP Business workflow and business objects is preferable.
      Knowledge of Internet Sales/E-service APIs in SAP CRM is preferable.
      Knowledge of IPC, CRM pricing engine is preferable
      Must have working knowledge in configuration of BSP, CRM webUI/ IC web client components using UI component workbench
      Experience with enhancing and reusing BSP components and BSP page (static and dynamic) navigation
      Must be familiar with data exchange with ECC using CRM Middleware
