      Job Description:

      Describe high-level deliverables and milestones:

      • Supports primarily the areas of Finance, Account Receivable, Order to Cash and Cloud Integration.
      • Sustaining, implementing, process improvement, and leverage activities delivering process implementation and improvement targets.
      • Striving to deliver simplified, standardized and shared processes and solutions that satisfy the business needs.
      • Strengthening solutions through leveraging their expertise.
      • Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans

      Describe specific skills, capabilities, experience to perform the services:

      • 5+ Years of experience with SAP (R/3 & S/4 HANA) or 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP Finance in a consumer goods environment.
      • General knowledge of Order to cash process and technical configuration components
      • SAP expert knowledge in Supply Chain Customer Services Integration with Accounts receivable process: Invoicing, Cash application, Claims and Deductions, Credit & Collections managements.
      • SAP Expert knowledge in Trade/Sale systems processes and integration with AR and Finance (Kantar XTEL, Vistex, Blacksmiths, Trade Insight, etc.).
      • Expert knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations of E2E AR financial postings including banking/Treasury components
      • Specialist knowledge in E-Commerce platforms and finance integration.
      • Specialist knowledge of Cloud services or platform in the OTC Space. (E.g High Radius)

      Other Skills

      • Bonus experience with Robotic Process Automation for the finance space.
      • Project Management in an Agile ways of working – In addition to job requirement, Coach other members in the project.
      • Great oral and written Communication skills.
      • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience in a multicultural/ varied nationality environment
      • Great collaboration skills in a multi business and diverse global team environment.

      Education Required

      • Advanced Financial qualification/ degree strongly preferred: CPA certified or graduate degree in Business/Finance and/or Accounting
