  SAP FICO Consultant/Architect
  
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  
  Responsibilities:
  Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities.
  Design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO modules to meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO solutions.
  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes.
  Mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  Mandatory Skills:
  Strong expertise in SAP FICO with a minimum of 10 years of hands on experience.
  Proven experience in leading SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects.
  In depth knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.
  Preferred Skills:
  Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its financial modules.
  Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as MM, SD, or BW.
  Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  Certifications in SAP FICO or related fields.
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  10 15 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consultancy.
  Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
