Job Description:

An opportunity for an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Experts & Development area in Reward Operations team.

The Expert & Development area in charge of contributing to social policies design in collaboration closely with major stakeholders such as the Employment, SPIR and the management.

THE JOBHOLDER WILL:

• Define and deliver payroll, time, administrative solutions & associated processes including benefits, national and/or international mobility.

• Design and develop payroll, time, administrative digital tools in collaboration with HR Transformation & Digital team.

• Ensure high level operability of the payroll product components and associated processes.

• Advise the business and the HR community on the right application of HR and social policies.

Main tasks to be delivered:

• SAP Certified Application Professional HCM Payroll.

• In- depth knowledge of Payroll life cycle.

• Spanish Payroll scheme → Functions, rules, methods and scheme parameters.

• Maintaining tables.

• Coordinate and drive end user testing.

• Wage types configuration and account assignment.

• Basic pay, additional payments and recurring payments wage types.

• Posting process, tax reported and year-end process.

• Define symbolic accounts and mapping to GL accounts.

• Third party remittances.

• Extensive knowledge of ABAP Programmer.

SKILLS

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
