- Involved in Business Process Analysis Conceptual Design GAP Analysis Blueprinting Configuration Testing.
- Experience in implementation of Enterprise Compensation Management.
- Ability to configure Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
- Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules Holiday calendar Attendance types, Absence types generate time quotas and time evaluation HR Time.
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema Rule changes.
- SAP HCM.
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema Rule changes.
- Knowledge on HR domain.
