- טיפול בתקלות והטמעת המערכת בהמשך למעבר הארגון לתשתית SAP חדשה – SAP S/4HANA
- זיהוי ופתרון בעיות טכניות במערכת.
- עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותי IT והצוות העסקי כדי להבטיח שהמערכת תומכת בתהליכים העסקיים של הארגון.
- ביצוע בדיקות מסירה לפיתוחים חדשים במערכת טרם העברתה לבדיקות לקוח.
- כתיבת תסריטי בדיקות לקראת ביצוע בדיקות לפיתוחים חדשים במערכת
- כתיבת מדריכים למשתמש
- ביצוע משימות נוספות בהתאם להנחיית ראש צוות SAP
- קסטומיזציות שוטפות שנדרשות לתהליך התקין של המערכת
- שנתיים ניסיון בהטמעת מערכת SAP במודולים שונים- חובה
- ניסיון בהטמעת מעבר מערכת ה-SAP מ-ECC ל-SAP S/4HANA - יתרון
- יכולת ניתוח, יוזמה, ראיה מערכתית, יחסי אנוש מעולים.

- Provide training and onboarding for new users of the SAP system.
- Offer ongoing support to organizational users, including responding to system inquiries and resolving issues to full resolution.
- Support the transition to the new SAP S/4HANA infrastructure, including troubleshooting and implementation tasks.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the SAP system.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational processes.
- Perform delivery testing for new system developments before passing them on for UAT.
- Write test cases in preparation for testing new developments.
- Create user manuals and training materials.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the SAP Team Lead.
- Perform routine system customizations to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing SAP in various modules – required.
- Experience with SAP system migration from ECC to SAP S/4HANA – advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a holistic understanding of systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, proactive attitude, and strong self-learning abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- High-level proficiency in English – required.
