What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted advisor to safeguard and optimize the adoption of SAP-centric solutions for customers
- Manage complex customer relationships and engagements within various sectors, including federal and healthcare
- Gather insights about customer business needs to ensure successful engagement delivery
- Lead Premium Engagement Steering Meetings to align SAP's activities with customer objectives
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports to customers and internal teams regarding engagement progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business software implementation consulting and/or support
- At least 5+ years of experience managing or delivering SAP engineering or maintenance services
- Proven experience in customer-facing communication and presentation skills at the executive level
- Demonstrated experience in cloud migrations and various SAP solutions
- Required knowledge in S4 and SAP ERP implementation, including data center migration and cloud architecture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced SAP AGS certifications or experience as a Principal Technical Quality Manager
- Experience in software services sales, contract management, and negotiations
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, operations, and change management
- Knowledge of data and analytics, machine learning, and business process mapping
- Ability to build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
