- Direct hands-on experience with SAP Program Management
- Experience on SAP ECC, CRM and S/4 HANA
- Direct hands-on experience using Microsoft Project, and Agile methodologies
- Extensive understanding of different SAP modules including and not limited to SAP ISU, FI, CO,MM,SD,WM
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Project, Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Project Management certification (PMP or PMI-ACP)
- SAP Application Certifications
- Minimum 1 S/4 HANA implementation experience as a Program Manager
- Minimum 2 major SAP transformation project experience as a Program Manager
- Utility industry experience
