What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and document technology and process solutions ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Engineer and support solutions that meet corporate needs for global use
- Guide technical teams through job scheduling best practices and processes
- Resolve conflicts related to technical or process issues to satisfy internal and external customers
- Collaborate with functional teams for configuration and system performance tuning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience supporting SAP applications job scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Redwood’s RunMyJob (RMJ) workflow automation and SAP job scheduling technologies
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Familiarity with internal cyber and administrative practices and policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General IT experience
- Experience supporting Redwood’s RMJ scheduling tools
- Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and technologies, e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy
- Experience contributing to large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment of a publicly held aerospace and defense organization
