      Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Hypercare Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

      Role: SAP S4HANA Hypercare Manager

      Job Level: Manager

      Location: Remote- supporting Pacific Time zone hours with occasional travel to customer locations.

      Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

      Role Summary:

      • Handle SAP S/4 multi-sites rollouts, including hypercare planning, hypercare execution, monitoring the hypercare progress and run hypercare command center.
      • Able to plan and lead daily hypercare status calls with multiple work-streams and customers at all levels – including client’s business, IT and Service provider’s deployment team.
      • Responsible for Hypercare status reporting, dashboards, metrics.
      • Handles Hypercare exit criteria.

      Role Qualifications:

      • 6+ years’ experience of SAP S/4 multi-sites rollouts including hypercare planning, cutover / hypercare execution, monitoring the hypercare progress and run hypercare command center.
      • Able to work with functional and technical teams to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create proactive actions based on root causes identified.
      • Experience with SAP Hypercare status reporting, dashboards ad metrics.
      • Familiar with hypercare exit criteria.
      • Comfortable connecting with customers from business and IT at all levels
      • SAP S/4 functional experience in at least one of the modules – OTC or MM/WM preferred
      • Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation of SAP S/4 global programs preferred

      The annual salary for this position is between $119,000-$147,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

      This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
