- Have worked on S/4 HANA implementation/support
- Have worked on SAP Vistex integration
- SAP SD Configuration and problem-solving skills.
- Business process Mapping and Documentation knowledge.
- Experience in setting up the Sales and Distribution processes in SAP like Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Commercial Invoice etc.
- Capability of Configuring the Credit Management process and Configuration of Automatic credit control.
- Experience on EDI Integration and Workflow
- Integration knowledge with Customer service (repair sales, warranty).
- Integration experience with MM, FI, GATP, GTS specifically.
- Exhaustive knowledge on SD pricing and its integration with Customer service
- Expertise of Interacting with end-user and taking their inputs for any new requirement
- STO Integration - OTC support
- APO allocation activities on the Sales order
- Understanding of Formulating the Unit test case document
- Integration Know2ledge with Hybris system
- Experience on Hyper care support
- Domain Industry experience.
- SAP SD Module certification.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience as SAP SD Consultant for Order to Cash Process
- At least one end to end implementation experience in Quote to cash Processes
- Ability to lever Roll Outs/Support independently as SAP SD consultant.
- Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and Functional Specification delivery related to all competencies mentioned above.
- Handling Configuration in SD
- Liaising up the Technical Team to conclude the required developments
- Ready to work in 24*7 support model
