Job Level: Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI. Work from home/Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Functional Consultant with strong knowledge in SAP OTC and related modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various SAP functionalities and a good background in Finance & Accounting or Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s operations and customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP OTC solutions to streamline order-to-cash processes.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Advanced Logistics Execution to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Guide the implementation of SAP Advance Order to Cash to optimize order management and fulfillment.
• Manage SAP Serial Number Management to ensure accurate tracking of products throughout their lifecycle.
• Implement SAP Contracts & Agreements to support effective contract management and compliance.
• Apply SAP Material Hierarchy to coordinate and manage product data effectively.
• Apply SAP Advance Pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing models.
• Oversee SAP Advance Order Management to improve order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Configure SAP SD Variant Configuration to handle complex product configurations and variations.
• Map SAP EDI / IDOC for OTC to facilitate seamless electronic data interchange with partners.
• Optimize SAP Basic Logistics Execution to improve warehouse and transportation operations.
• Implement SAP Product Allocation to manage product availability and allocation efficiently.
• Lead SAP MM Batch Management to ensure accurate inventory tracking and control.
• Be responsible for SAP Billing and Revenue processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Integrate SAP SD with COPA to enhance profitability analysis and reporting.
• Implement SAP SD solutions for Brazil & LATAM to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
• Apply SAP Standard Order to Cash to streamline and automate order processing.

Required Qualifications:

• Good background in SAP OTC and related modules with at least 8 years of experience.
• Expertise in SAP Advanced Logistics Execution and SAP Advance Order to Cash.
• Experience with SAP Serial Number Management and SAP Contracts & Agreements.
• Proficiency in SAP Material Hierarchy and SAP Advance Pricing.
• Skilled in SAP Advance Order Management and SAP SD Variant Configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC and SAP Basic Logistics Execution.
• Experienced in SAP Product Allocation and SAP MM Batch Management.
• Good understanding of SAP Billing and Revenue processes.
• Proficient in SAP SD-COPA integration and SAP SD for Brazil & LATAM.
• Experience in SAP Standard Order to Cash.
• Possess domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Certifications Required: SAP Certified Application Associate - Order Fulfillment with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution SAP Certified Application Associate - Logistics Execution.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until February 23, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500.00 – $152,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
