      Who we’re looking for

      Toyota’s Information Technology Experiences (ITx) organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated SAP Senior Analyst, Data Management Applications within the Business Technology Platform department.

      The primary responsibility of this role is to be responsible for SAP Application initiatives that encompasses but not limited to data volume management, analytics, data strategy, supporting and safeguarding data growth, providing technical and functional working knowledge to all teams to reduce data footprint, work with cross-functional SAP team members on all existing business processes and future initiatives.

      Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Business Technology Platform department's objective to continuous improvements to existing business processes and challenge current data growth, and look for opportunities to reduce data either through avoidance or summarization, define and document TMNA SAP Data standards, offer expertise in other technical and functional areas as required for different initiatives, cross-functional/domain collaboration.

      What you’ll be doing

      • Manage Projects bringing in expertise in SAP S4HANA Applications; technical and functional capacity with a clear understanding of SAP integration points between Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance.

      • Manage and support OneTech SAP Delivery & Operations teams' data volume growth

      • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current condition, identify, and prioritize improvement opportunities.

      • Collaborate with peers from within and across the organization to drive efficiency both on the process side and cost side.

      What you bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or Business Administration

      • Hands-on experience and understanding of the full end-to-end ERP Implementation, modules in ERP, S4 HANA Tables, Technology, Data integration points, SAP ABAP and CDS views, and Functional working knowledge of different key modules (SD, MM, and FI)

      • Experience in S4HANA version 1909 or 2020

      • Experience working on concurrent projects

      • Collaborate with peers and other SAP Managers

      • Finance and Accounting experience, ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile Methodologies

      • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across teams to develop and implement complex projects

      • Hands-on experience with end-to-end application thinking, different initiatives keeping large data volume and memory management into perspective, OSS notes

      • Hands-on coding/functional experience

      Added bonus if you have

      • Ability to work with large, distributed teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-pressure culture

      • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies

      • PMP Certification

      • Strong Business Process Knowledge and SAP certifications

      • Self-motivated individuals preferred

      • Enthusiastic and eager to take responsibility and initiative
