Lead Software Consultant role primary objective is to lead and develop a team of software consultants to enable them to fulfil their objectives of delivering exceptional customer service and high quality solutions to customers on the use of software products and services. The team lead should maintain a stimulating environment with a strong focus on learning and development. Typically this will involve managing resources and workload whilst being the point of escalation for team members and customers escalated issues. Performance manage the team of consultants as well as mentoring and coaching the team. Work with stakeholders in the business to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved. Expected to work well in a team environment as well as under minimal supervision. Supporting the Software Consultant Manager and deputising as necessary.Job title:

A seasoned SAP Technical Consultant with over 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP, Advanced ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end technical delivery of SAP projects, designing scalable custom solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives through modern SAP technologies. Strong experience across multiple SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HR, PM), excellent client-facing skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
