What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead the development of solution architecture for strategic projects
- Define system and service architecture design criteria and lead modeling sessions
- Ensure solution alignment to platform strategy across Rich's enterprise application portfolio
- Guide the business in utilizing platform functionality to the best extent possible
- Perform gap analysis for complex projects and translate business requirements into functional design specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience and 10 years of SAP experience
- Excellent hands-on SAP ECC skills (technical & functional)
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Thorough understanding of software development, governance, and project management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Knowledge of SAP cloud-based integration, BTP, and Fiori
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Food services industry experience
