- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, LMS, Recruiting, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Drive integration with SAP HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies and data privacy regulations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Expertise in Employee Central and at least two other modules (e.g., Performance
- Goals, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and workflow configurations.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Proven leadership in global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s).
- Experience in Healthcare.
