- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Time Off) to meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide best practice guidance for time management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SF Time Management issues.
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Assist in pre-sales activities like demos and proposal preparation.
- Stay updated on SAP SF Time Management developments.
- 3+ years in SAP SF implementations, 1+ year in SF Time Management.
- Deep understanding of time management processes.
- Experience configuring SAP SF Time Management modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SF Time Management certification is a plus.
