      We have an outstanding career opportunity for an SAP Technical Architect to join a leading Company located in the Akron, OH or Cleveland, OH surrounding area.

      We're looking for an experienced SAP Technical Architect who will be responsible for the design and delivery of robust and scalable SAP technical solutions while occasionally supporting business-as-usual (BAU) activities. In this role you'll support the delivery of IT programs and contribute to the formulation of IT policy and strategy as well as work with the other team members to continuously improve SAP operations and project delivery by providing insight into operational issues and strategic opportunities.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • Developing and documenting technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for solutions.
      • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP technical and integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-go-live support.
      • Perform the technical delivery of solutions alongside other team members.
      • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
      • Performing the technical delivery of solutions alongside other team members.
      • Engaging with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
      • Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner .
      • Staying current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings .
      • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within the SAP landscape.
      • Providing occasional support for BAU activities and major incident resolution.
      • Collaborating with support teams to address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner .

      Basic Hiring Criteria:
      • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
      • 7 or more years of experience.
      • Extensive experience in SAP Basis and solution delivery.
      • Experience working with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP GTS and related technologies.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Experience of implementation, upgrade and maintenance processes using the latest SAP toolsets.
      • Experience of SAP system migrations utilizing either heterogeneous/homogenous methods.
      • Experience working with SAP systems hosted on Window and Linux operating systems.
      • Experience working with SAP systems utilizing SAP HANA and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, IDocs, and BAPIs.

      Desired Qualifications:
      • S/4HANA Implementation/conversion experience.
