- IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users’ needs and consistent with the overall design of the organizations information systems architecture.
- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
- Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions.
- Working closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process.
- Developing use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.
- Looking for opportunities to automate business process with technology and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Analyze and document ongoing internal customer requests for additional features, functionality, integrations.
- Working with functional areas (Sales, Purchasing, Finance) to elicit and document requirements.
- Collaborating with the technical team to evaluate design alternatives and optimizing design solutions and minimizing the impact on performance.
- Ability to transform business needs into technical solutions and drive solutions through Vistex towards IT strategies and initiatives. Managing creation and revisions of SAP Vistex processes and business procedures.
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP SD, OTC (Order To Cash) and FI.
- Ability on performing detailed integration/functional testing; conducting user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ability preparing detailed systems documentation, test scripts, best practices, and business process and procedures.
- Well versed knowledge in the latest development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps and test-driven development.
9+ years of sound experience in SAP development process, strong experience in implementation of VISTEX on SAP ECC.
9+ years of experience with SAP Functional Consultant and Software Development/Management practices.
5+ years of Leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU and engagement via forums, steering committees, and communications while driving accountability to action.
5+ years of organizational financial and operations leadership experience.
5+ experience leading programs in large Enterprise Application development area.
Knowledge of the SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA and Vistex V4 Rebate system.
Product Management Certification.
Experience in Composite model of Vistex for Vendor and Customer rebates processing, which includes - Tracking screen, calculation run and settlements for Rebates and accruals and claims - Designing agreements with different scenarios for Rebates.
Experience in Gathering/Understanding functional requirements, performing configurations, and required setup.
Experience in leading design activities for specific applications, including configuring SAP/third party applications.
Experience troubleshooting of SAP Vistex and related third party solutions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

Work Model for this Role
