      Job Description

      • Evaluate requirements and transform into abstract business models, as well as into logical and technical views. Consult with and configure the SAP Warehouse Management system to run as per the customer requirements.
      • Play an integral role with defining requirements with central development teams, collaborates with process experts / delegates, developers daily and with product, service and solution teams as needed.
      • This individual will work as a senior SAP Warehouse Management consultant for the different phases of the consulting lifecycle and consult with the customer in detail both remote and onsite for project milestones.
      • Prepare and drive decisions to meet the customers’ requirements.

      Qualifications

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with the other members of the team to understand, design, and implement customer requirements on an end-to-end basis.
      • Work with the process experts to translate customer requirements into efficient system-supported processes.
      • Design technical implementation details in close collaboration with the developers with a focus on overall customer experience.
      • Align with other consultants, process experts, and developers inside and outside of one’s own team to ensure a consistent procedural and technical application (architecture)
      • Collaborate with other associates to constantly increase own knowledge and skills about the own E2E process chain and adjacent processes.
      • Work towards creating synergies across customers within the same E2E process chain to constantly increase the level of standardization.
      • Gathers requirements/process analysis and provides in-depth expertise as part of the roll-outs by matching customer requirements with technical requirements as part of the detailed analysis and design.
      • Supports effort estimations for development, rollout activities as part of the project roll-outs.
      • Support training initiatives of team members.

      Skills:

      • Has good knowledge of the overall E2E logistics process chain with in-depth knowledge in multiple segments (e.g. WM, MM, SD)
      • Good understanding of overall business model and impact on related processes in logistics and related modules
      • Extensive SAP WM knowledge on a functional level and also on a technical level.
      • ABAP knowledge is required in order to troubleshot problems and do adjustments to the responsible solutions.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, good in explaining technical information to non-technical people with ability to moderate workshops.
      • Strong analytical and time management.
