- Designing and developing SAS programs for complex data management, statistical analysis, and reporting of clinical trial data.
- Collaborating with biostatisticians to create and implement statistical analysis plans and ensure accurate data processing.
- Generating and validating tables, listings, and figures for clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and other project deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with programming standards, data standards, and regulatory guidelines throughout the data analysis lifecycle.
- Providing expertise in troubleshooting and resolving data issues, and optimizing programming processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentoring junior SAS programmers and participating in the development of programming best practices and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in SAS programming and data analysis within a clinical research or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods, clinical trial data, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and mentoring less experienced programmers.
- Proficiency in SAS software and advanced programming techniques, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programming outputs.

We are currently seeking a SAS Programmer II to join our diverse and dynamic team.
