If you invest in yourself, we will invest in you!Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOE, plus full benefitsThis position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday, with occasional half day Saturdays. This is a 40 hour per week positionFULL SUITE OF BENEFITS!•PTO, sick and personal days•Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance•Holiday pay•FSA medical and dependent care•Annual profit sharing and 401(k) with employer match (decided each year based on company profits)•Employee discounts and more!Under direct supervision, is responsible for the safe operation of saws to cut rough lumber efficiently into individual truss members in accordance with shop drawings within the time frame determined by the supervisor and in keeping with the Quality Standards for roofs, floors and panels.

Read and understand shop drawings.
Operate saw at 100% efficiency.
Perform periodic maintenance on equipment.
Optimize material use for cost savings.
Train stackers.
QualificationsAble to read and write in their primary language.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic math skills
Successful completion of Safety Training, Sawyer Training and Testing.
