What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the loan processing and closing process for SBA government guaranteed loans
- Review approved loan packages and ensure all necessary documentation is provided
- Coordinate communications with borrowers, SBA Specialists, and closing attorneys
- Submit applications through SBA systems for guaranty authorizations
- Monitor loan packages to identify potential risks and ensure effective processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) years of SBA closing experience or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan closing procedures
- Expertise in reviewing collateral, lien filings, and environmental reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and commercial loan systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of SBA's SOP requirements and regulations
- Specialized training in title, real estate, and government programs
- Experience with nCino and/or Salesforce platforms
- Familiarity with SBA systems (ETran, SBA One)
- Bachelor's degree or certification as a paralegal
