What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule medical and dental services in accordance with customer availability and contract guidelines
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion
- Conduct customer contacts for Health Assessment processing, referral follow-up, and education
- Identify potential behavioral health situations and follow specific protocols to assist callers
- Maintain awareness of service level and queue status to meet contractual requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work normal hours of operation and rotating shifts, including Saturdays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry or call center environment
- Prior military experience
