      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule medical and dental services based on customer availability and contract guidelines
      - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion
      - Conduct customer contacts for Health Assessment processing and referral follow-up
      - Identify potential behavioral health situations and assist callers following contract protocols
      - Maintain awareness of service level and queue status to meet contractual requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - Customer service experience
      - Ability to work every other Saturday shifts between hours of 7am-5pm CST
      - Ability to work any 8-hour shift during the hours of 6:00am-12:00pm CST Monday-Friday and rotating shift of Saturday 7:00am-5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior military experience
      - Experience working in the Healthcare Industry
      - Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
      - Experience working in a call center environment
      - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
