What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Customized Implant Design team to analyze incoming medical imaging scans for personalized implant designs
- Ensure accurate interpretation of scans, facilitating seamless data transfer to global design teams and manufacturing
- Execute detailed work with precision, acknowledging the importance of accuracy in all tasks
- Build trust and partnerships with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating issues and progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical imaging or related fields
- Degree in medical imaging preferred
- Must reside in the Pacific Standard Time zone and be able to meet scheduled work hours and overtime requirements
- Fundamental understanding of anatomy and medical imaging principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated customer service experience
