      Scheduler:

      The primary purpose of the Scheduler position is to develop staff schedules in accordance with clinical needs of resident populations, participate in and oversee the provision of resident care services consistent with accepted standards of care and as prescribed by the attending physician. This position also provides direct resident care.

      Responsibilities:

      • Creates the nursing staff schedule
      • Assures resident care is delivered in accordance with accepted standards of practice
      • Makes rounds to inspect facilities and evaluate resident needs
      • Facilitates and coordinates resident admissions/discharges and transfers


      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of previous long-term care experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Must be licensed in the applicable state as a Qualified Med Aide (QMA) or CNA
      • Prior experience working in a long-term care and/or assisted living setting preferred
