What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform service dispatch and support field operation activities within the Security Domain
- Coordinate technician schedules and manage service backlog
- Establish professional relationships with field personnel and customers
- Schedule service requests and manage technician workflow
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Service dispatch scheduling experience
- Flexibility to perform other assigned duties
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other required programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the security services industry
- Additional certifications in customer service or scheduling
