  Plans and schedules simple (fewer capacity constraints, fewer work centers, fewer process, lower change over complexity) manufacturing processes of all current production and service parts. Schedules requirements for material with regard to the Deere Production System including kanbans/triggers, delivery and achievement of the production schedule. May develop line sequencing of options. May provide work direction. Duties: Schedules production parts. Schedules service parts. Expedites production and purchased parts. Coordinates needed parts from other *** departments. Coordinates and communicates the implementation of engineering and material changes. Assists the production department in Client planning. Performs general administrative duties as needed to meet administrative support needs. Assists in coordinating the department's inventory integrity and accuracy, including production and scrap reporting.

  Specific Position Requirements: Position Details:
  • Bill Rate: ***/hour*** Pay rate range for this position is expected to be between ***-***/hour to stay consistent among the team.
  • 1st shift position
  • Hours: 6 AM to 2:30 PM with possible overtime.
  • Note: Overtime may include extended weekday hours or weekend work.
  • Candidates must be willing to work off-shift hours if needed.
  
  Qualifications:
  • Education: 4-year degree in any business-related field.
  • Experience:
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
  • Open to recent graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of work history post-graduation.
  • No gaps in employment history.
  • Work Location: This position will spend 50% of the time working on the shop floor.
  
  Interview Process:
  • Interviews will be conducted onsite.
  • Business casual dress code.
  • Candidates will need metatarsal protection for the first day.
  
  Additional Information:
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
  • This position has the potential of driving a ***-owned Gator on the shop floor after successful training completion.
  • Some travel between Waterloo sites for meetings utilizing a personal vehicle should be expected.
