What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost-related updates throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
- Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated project information
- Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members
- Analyze project progress and provide recommendations on forecasted costs
- Maintain estimated costs in Primavera and perform final project assessments for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (ABET accredited) in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business
- 8+ years of experience in scheduling or project controls in construction
- 8+ years of experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management
- 8+ years of experience using Primavera P6
- Must reside within a 6-hour driving distance of Lexington, KY
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing project control standards and guidelines
- Familiarity with metrics and measures for project portfolios
- Strong analytical skills to assess project progress and compliance
