      Practice Details

      Ravry Medical Group is a full service practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and conditions in the broad field of internal medicine. Led by Dr. Mario E. Ravry, Ravry Medical Group’s experienced staff provides patients with the most comprehensive and excellent care possible in a personal and caring environment. With diagnostic services available onsite as well as access to immunizations year-round, Ravry Medical Group is proud to provide patients with the full-spectrum of medical care. Our providers also speak Spanish.

      Responsibilities

      Performs scheduling functions as designated by practice. Schedules surgeries, procedures and diagnostic testing. Requires general knowledge of specified surgical procedures, exam preparations, exam sequencing and other related functions.

      Qualifications

      REQUIRED

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Medical terminology
    • One year previous medical related clerical experience
    • Demonstrated organizational and communication/customer service skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in utilization of computer application
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
    • Ability to type effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals in all levels of responsibility.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • PREFERRED

    • Previous experience in hospital/medical office scheduling environment.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use of a computerized scheduling system
    • Prior experience in insurance precertification
    • One (1) year secretarial experience at a healthcare organization.
    • Work Hours:

      M-Th 8am-5:15pm Fri 8am-Noon
