      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 70-90 calls per day
      - Schedule appointments and ensure timely communication with patients and referring providers
      - Document patient demographic, medical, financial, and referral information accurately
      - Provide excellent customer service and support ongoing communication with patients and referring physicians
      - Maintain confidentiality and privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience preferred
      - Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
      - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling processes and insurance stipulations
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry
      - Ability to effectively triage calls and provide appropriate solutions
