      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming communication and online requests from patients and referring providers
      - Schedule new patient appointments and ensure accurate registration processes
      - Answer phone calls, triage inquiries, and document messages professionally
      - Provide patients with information and instructions related to the healthcare practice
      - Maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience preferred
      - Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
      - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
      - Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with referral triage processes and insurance stipulations
      - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
      - Detail-oriented with effective data entry capabilities
