      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high volumes of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day, to schedule appointments and address inquiries
      - Perform patient registration and ensure accurate documentation of demographic, medical, and referral information
      - Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring providers, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
      - Ensure medical records are available to healthcare providers prior to appointments
      - Utilize multiple systems to accurately transcribe call and scheduling information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy

      - Familiarity with referral triage processes and insurance stipulations affecting appointment scheduling
      - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
