What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
- Support patient care across a network of imaging centers
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for appointments
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking imaging services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus
- Must be available for scheduled shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related role
- Familiarity with scheduling systems in a medical setting
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills
